      - Good teammates - Near LRT - WFH

      Cons

      - low salary - higher management said we the ‘subordinate’ need to be ‘willingly acccepting’ whatever they decided to do - The company getting stingier each year - Performance review done twice a year…got good reviews each times…promotion given to someone that did bare minimum in the team just because they were way more ‘senior’ so i guessed the promotion given were based on the person they favoured the most, so don’t bother to go above and beyond - some manager just bad at managing the team

      Great learning experience. You will learn a significant amount while working at BDP.

      Cons

      Leadership has drastically declined over the past 10 years. No transparency or communication takes place. Benefits are expensive and below average. Salaries are drastically lower than other companies in the market. Employees are not taken seriously until they put in their two week notice. Upon your two week notice you will then be compensated in a fair manner. BDP has gone from a family / team like environment to being a place where employees feel like a statistic.
