Pros

Flight benefits, helpful supervisor

Cons

Maintenance management is very unorganized. Management seem not to care about there mechanics and show little to no effort to hear mechanics and supervisor concerns. Management shows extremely low interest on ways to bring in new mechanics. After relocating to a base that offers relocation bonus your first check will only be the money for relocating instead of both the hours you worked and and relocating bonus due to taxes. From personal experience psa wrote me a check that did not have enough funds in the companies account on attempt to deposit.

Pros

-Travel benefits are great; you get the same perks as mainline. -If you live in one of their bases, it's convenient if you get assigned to that base -Same uniform as mainline AA -Very easy training, only 4 weeks. Not hard to ace the tests and drills, especially if you pay attention

Cons

-The pay is extremely low -You barely have time and money to use those travel benefits -You need to pick up more hours or an extra job to make ends meet -FAs are not paid well enough -Crew scheduling can be very challenging -They make you pay for your uniforms in your first year, which is a thousand plus dollars (pay is low enough, you still need to shoulder the expensive uniform)
