Pros
The people are nice and friendly (for the most part), as well as having a somewhat decent team culture. The salary was nothing special, albeit average.
Cons
When IRIS (the now owning parent company) took over, it became very bureaucratic, and generally a difficult place to work. It went from being a company that cared about it's employees and had a family-style culture to a very corporate and less employee-oriented environment.
