Overall this is a great place to work because the team is excellent and the work you get to do is unique and innovative. Smart high growth companies and C-Level executives really rely on you for counsel which makes the work feel important. There's no busy work, you get to have a big impact right away. It is a rare opportunity in terms of the effect you can have and strategic thinking you get to do. The CEO is, both exceptional at his job and a great person to work for. The team is supportive and makes coming to work pleasant. Being fully remote is nice as well.
