      Pros

      Solid leadership from top down with Chuck Bunch. Thoughtful decisions are made with thorough examination of options. Allows open discussions with management and team on concerns of market, trends, and planning. Leaders communicate well with clear concise and complete information. Opportunity for development training, and training classes are well design to provide the best development.

      Cons

      Decisions are always based on finances. Very conservative in approach, but can be positive under certain circumstances. Leadership shift since Chuck Bunch retirement.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
