Good ppl in the office

Nothing much for me to say

There was always a lot of opportunity to learn more. My Japanese language skills significantly improved due to the work I was doing here.

There was a lot of rigidity with very little room for flexibility. A lot of this job could be done from a remote or hybrid environment. There's a lot of micromanagement. The benefits package is not as generous as the company thinks it is. Additionally, upper management insists on marketing complicated and expensive machinery to customers who openly state that they want a cost effective solution, and it is counter-productive.
