Pros
I have been with the Production team for two and a half years, and whilst some days can be testing with the amount of work we have to get through, it is certainly a rewarding job. I've already had two promotions and seen many of my other colleagues have the same. Working within a creative team, there is definite sense of fun and comradery - not a day goes by where we don't laugh or joke around. The job itself is very unique and I have learnt so much from being on the team. I started off at PHMG in a different department but the company was more than happy to let me progress my career where I felt I was better suited and encouraged the move. This is a common occurrence with PHMG; they will happily allow people to move departments and quite often job positions are advertised internally before going out to the public, as they recognise the talent we have within. The Summer Soiree's and Christmas Parties are second-to-none as well.
Cons
Not having a full creative floor where all the creative departments can sit together. No sick pay.
