Cons
Working at home till 11 at night sourcing your own data to call... when you send it into the data department the next day your lucky if you get 20 leads back from 150/200 sourced leads. You have to shave (males) every day which for me was uncomfortable to my face. Internal recruitment don't tell you the cons. They leave out the fact you have to shave they don't tell you that you don't get parking. They don't tell you the have large groups of new starters every 5 weeks. Interviews are held 2/3 times a day which sent the alarm bells going crazy for me. It is very much a revolving door
