Unorganized and Chaotic - Customer Service Representative (CSR) PFSweb Employee Review

Supervisors were very unorganized and never on the same page. Would constantly tell us to tell customers there card was declined due to an incorrect billing address even though the customer would confirm with their bank the billing address was correct and call back angrier for our false information.
