Pros
OK day to day work depending on what was forgotten the previous week. It is very fast paced, which I personally enjoy. Location is convenient.
Cons
Overtime will be required for some, but might not be eligible for compensation depending on the nature of the work, which is weird. Will bypass labor laws to avoid paying event overtime, some leaders lack formal management training, compliance and marketing staff required to attend events, hybrid work model is being phased out, hard to plan around yearly objectives as there is so many day to day emergencies.
