The Grammy-award onboarding process is clearly described to you on the first day. All my work equipment and email were set up in a temporary office and HR was helpful with the HR documents, benefits, and going over the career development which helps any new employee see and visualize themselves developing and progressing through the organization.
Team mentorship: for the first two weeks, I was introduced to my team and each day, each team member will help me get to know a specific aspect of the organization. They helped me learn how to do my job and what systems were at our disposal and which deliverables are expected.
