      Pros

      Some of the people are pretty cool. Pay is alright. You are employed. You are not unemployed. I really cannot thing of anything else.

      Cons

      Upper-management is just awful, they lie and they have enormous egos. Management will throw you under the bus in a second. Extremely disorganized. Extremely high turnover rate. I could go on forever but I don't want to waste anymore time on PBK than I already have.
