Pros
The junior employees are smart, motivated, and great to work with. That's it.
Cons
Incompetent, toxic, and unsupportive management and partner group. Don't abide by their own company policies and play heavy favorites. Work structure is awful and all blame is placed on employees with little to no power over issues. Management lied about paying all hires of the same level across different offices the same salary.
