Pros

The pay is good, above market.

Cons

Inconsistent leadership makes it hard for us to do our jobs. Last minute rollouts with zero time to prepare the team. You sell your life away to the company at my position, your “off” time is not cared for. You are expected to reply to emails on vacation and track labor. Market partners are out of touch with today’s times and work life balance is nonexistent to this company. We grid all year working for our end of year bonus, that we are constantly being reminded about, only to be told the month we are to get it that we are not. 2024 bonus=“we will pay you in installments” 2025 bonus= “we don’t have the money” Red flags all around.

Pros

- Remote Work (For the most part) - Lucky Cat Card (Even though you technically have to pay for it out of your check) - PTO (Even though you’re still expected to answer calls/respond to emails while on vacation)

Cons

- Toxic Culture Is An Understatement (it oozes out at every crevice, and trickles down from the top) - Heavy Bait and Switch Tactics (major manipulation) - Constant Goalpost Movement (If you do happen to hit goal, expect the number you achieved to be the standard moving forward until it’s increased again the following month, which leaves the ability to earn commission nonexistent) - Extremely Stressful during peak season (Q4 holidays and Q2 graduations - You will work every single day for weeks during these periods) - 60-Hour Work Weeks (More during peak seasons) - No Holidays Off (Removed our holidays completely out of the blue-major bait and switch tactic) - No Bonuses (Removed our bonus eligibility 4 months after we were supposed to receive them. We had to wait in limbo for a bonus that would never come, after having to hear the run around from corporate for the entire first quarter of 2026. This is after having our bonuses paid out in installments in 2025 due to poor company financial health) - 3 CEO’s in 1 year (Let that sink in a sec) - Ever-changing menu and menu structure that leaves guests and even team members extremely confused. The prix-fixe menu options are an absolute mess, and the guest experience suffers greatly from it.
