The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, but there is consistent support—leaders are accessible, peers are eager to help, and there are real opportunities to learn, develop, and win together. Cons
This isn't necesarily a con. But you need to be ready to go to work. This is a fast paced business model. The expectations realistic but demanding. You will be expected to commit to the mission.....as we all are.
