Pros

1. Open and excellent work culture 2. Lot of opportunities to learn and grow 3. Flexible work environment 4. Work life balance

Cons

Outseer is carved out of RSA and going through a transition phase. Transitioning of IT/HR etc systems would take sometime. Once Outseer is completely on its own, it may be better

Outseer Response

We are so grateful that you have taken the time to share your experience as an Outseer. As you suggest, we pride ourselves on openness and transparency. These are hallmarks of our culture. And we are moving through a large scale transformation to independence within the RSA family; much has been accomplished with some additional hurdles to overcome in the coming quarters. Thank you for your commitment to Outseer!

Pros

Outseer continues to build a strong culture grounded in collaboration, growth, and employee engagement. Everyone really cares deeply about the work we all do, the customers we support, and the teams we work alongside every day. Our team members are engaged, invested, and want to help shape the future of Outseer - it's really awesome!

Cons

Items to improve are process maturity and continued alignment. The great news it the leadership team listens so I have confidence that Outseer will just continue to build and grow.

Pros

Clear sense of mission in a critical space. Fraud prevention is high-stakes and the work feels meaningful, especially as scams continue to rise globally. Strong domain expertise across the organization. There’s deep knowledge in payments, authentication, and risk, which makes for smart conversations and thoughtful product direction. Opportunity to make an impact. The company is in a transformation phase, so there’s real room to shape strategy, influence direction, and drive change if you’re proactive. Collaborative culture. Teams are supportive and willing to work cross-functionally to solve problems.

Cons

nothinng worth mentioning at this time.
