Pros

Good company. Modern technology and developers are given lots of autonomy. CEO cares about talent and building culture.

Cons

Most of the executive leadership lives out of state. Not ideal for bottom-up communication.

Pros

Good insurance. This is the place for you if you at least three of the following: 1) a "YES" man even in the face of morally devoid activity 2) a salesperson or software developer 3) an intellectual male 4) willing to do anything it takes to grow the company (deception, blame-shifting, etc.)

Cons

When sales pitches make promises that the company can't deliver on, it throws everything into a frenzy. Selling a Porsche and later delivering a Saab with requests for how to turn that Saab into the Porsche they bought is unacceptable. Unless you are accepted into the "group," then you will have a bad time here. Credit for your work will be absorbed by those over you, if they have the slightest suspicion that you don't worship the you'll be outcasted, if through GOOD HARD WORK you inadvertently make a "favorite" look bad (less smart, lazy, etc.) then there will be a repercussion, and they will find a way to push you out. There are major stretches with the meanings of "accuracy" and "complete" when marketing the product. Few people there have industry experience, so arbitrary decisions are made, pushed, and later redacted which is a constant waste of time and money. People WITH the experience come and go after they realize that this company doesn't really want that input to better their offerings unless a client specifically notices and requests it. The executive team are experts at making everything look great while pushing an alternate agenda. Be wary.
