They are directionless, lot of instability, people are PIPed for no reason, overhiring and then firing is very common, management claims about culture and vision, reality it’s pretty directionless and culture is fake, HR pretends to listen but dismisses everything. Performance evaluations are not standard, Exec leaders are green, CEO is smart, though it’s very top down, work is what CEO says should happen. Shuffling and change in vision happens every quarter.
