Dr. Burgess and Dr. Henry are so great to work for, and Mandy and Lacy the office managers are always willing to help you with anything. These are employers that actually appreciate their staff and we even do staff events sometimes that shows how much they care.
Practice doesn't care about their staff only what they can contribute. Will ask if you want to be parent or an assistant if you have family emergencies. Doctors on completely separate pages all the time. Will make you feel less than if questions are asked or if guidance is needed
