The gossip is terrible. If you don’t fit into the “sorority”, you won’t make it. You have to be conniving, backstabbing and two faced to “fit in”. Make sure you aren’t too attractive or confident. The female doctor will be too intimidated by you to confront you directly about anything. The pay is less than any other orthodontist in the area. If you’re fresh out of college, this could be the place for you. But if you don’t want to have trust issues and constantly watch your back, I’d say stay far away.
