Pros
The people I work with are for the most part good. The unit I'm in is exciting and we have a direct opportunity to deal with Boeing. You are most of the time left to do your work without interference. Vacation and Holidays are good. Lots of free food. Company staff appreciation party and Christmas party. Bonuses at the end of the year around $750-1000. Good Work life balance.
Cons
Hard work is useless and goes unnoticed. Most of the time it's the people that do next to nothing or kiss up that get the very limited amount of opportunities. Training is nonexistent and very blow and go which is why there are so many mistakes made, don't know how we've managed to get quality awards. If you're of the younger low to mid career age group, don't bother. They don't and won't give you a chance. Pay is mediocre and raises are 3% give or take and don't always go to the top performers. Lots of Belittlement and Intimidation by certain employees. Health care is HORRIBLE and not worth using since they switched it.
