The scheduling is terrible. You can be punished for not covering for shifts that are not yours. Full time gets all hours, you get four hours one shift a week then wait for the full timers to call out sick and drop everything you’re doing just go work a few hours. Manager is lazy and incompetent, the owner Matt Laurie is.... unstable.
