Pros

Friends are the best part about working here. I wasn't very happy there should have left a long time ago. Don't apply!

Cons

Hard work little pay. Never feel appreciated. Full price for meals. No discounts. Low employee moral. Owners treat you as a number and can replace you whenever they want. I worked there for a year after about 6 month was the first time I saw the main owner. They hide out in the office and don't care about you. Only talked to when things go wrong. No benefits. Better leave before you get stuck

Pros

Organ Stop Pizza is a great place to work if it is your first job. They are not very strict as long as you follow the rules. The people you will work with are great people, I don't think there is anyone that I don't like. If you are good worker and fast you will get promoted really fast.

Cons

The downside at working at Organ Stop is that if you are an O.K. worker then you will probably be on the bottom for about a year or longer. You have to pay full price for meals as you are on probation. Once you are off probation you get about 20% discount on meals until you have worked there one year then you can get free meals. The raises stink... they will give you about one to two raises a year that are worth about 15 to 25 cents. It is a lot of work for little pay. You will have to deal with a lot of old people who can't hear and want good service. To ever become a supervisor you have to be there long enough until they actually need one Some people have worked there for over 25 years. So it is extremely hard to get to that position.
