Pros

Great night job, which works out well if you're still in school and need a steady part time job

Cons

Sometimes in the winter season things can get a little busy.

Pros

Getting to listen to the Organ (aka Mighty Wurlitzer) being played. My favorite songs were: Phantom of the Opera theme, Star Wars theme, and the Little Mermaid "Under the Sea". You can also get tips. Business is open during evenings only so my work schedule didn't conflict with my schooling.

Cons

Getting assigned to lift all the benches onto the tables at closing... ugh, I hated it. Getting food waste on your uniform or your hands when collecting the dishes from the tables--Eww! It's a low paying job. $25 gets deducted from your first check for your uniform blouse. The employee meal plans are expensive.

Pros

Organ Stop Pizza is a great place to work if it is your first job. They are not very strict as long as you follow the rules. The people you will work with are great people, I don't think there is anyone that I don't like. If you are good worker and fast you will get promoted really fast.

Cons

The downside at working at Organ Stop is that if you are an O.K. worker then you will probably be on the bottom for about a year or longer. You have to pay full price for meals as you are on probation. Once you are off probation you get about 20% discount on meals until you have worked there one year then you can get free meals. The raises stink... they will give you about one to two raises a year that are worth about 15 to 25 cents. It is a lot of work for little pay. You will have to deal with a lot of old people who can't hear and want good service. To ever become a supervisor you have to be there long enough until they actually need one Some people have worked there for over 25 years. So it is extremely hard to get to that position.
