Have to learn how to suck up in order to survive. Everyone is playing "taiji" pushing their job around. Top management is messy and unprofessional. Used to be a good club but not now. Top management decision get affect by people he/she bias or to his/her liking. AWS and Bonus get affected if you dont know how to suck up. Good bonuses to staff who looks pretty and buy food and drink to management. Some form of embezzlement involved. Alot of dark and dirty tricks did behind the scene but even the parent company NTUC isn’t doing anything about it. A place where retirees is more than younger people, as younger people could not take up to this kind of nonsense and retirees just want to stay put and wait for retirement. Is either u suck up and be someone who is super disgusting and no moral or you gonna have a backbone and leave for a better company. They dont practice terminating someone cause they are under labour movement however prepare to get low bonuses and wont get promoted
