Constantly changing organization structure. In one year they changed my manager 4 times. It was almost impossible to build a relationship, learn the working habits of your manager in such an environment. And I was not the only one. Every few weeks I would hear "an organization wide restructuring is coming." This was a clear indication of senior management's incompetence in building a growing a structure that works. To get promoted you have to know the right people. If a decision maker does not like you forget it. Very political environment.
