      - Lots of amazing, hard working, knowledgeable people here. - Never too slow. - Excellent place to get a lot of experience really quick, i.e, stepping stone career-wise.

      Cons

      - Leadership team lacks integrity and accountability. Very much into scapegoating and quiet retaliation. - Little to no meaningful career development. - Varying definition of Responsible Time Off that tends to play favorites. - High turnover due to constant burnout.
