My coworkers are mostly very nice. A few paid holidays off each year. Decent bonuses.

Cons

No work-life balance; I work a minimum of 5 hours of overtime each week and stay at least an hour late after work every day. I stayed two and a half hours late after work just yesterday for their inventory process. Understaffed and overworked; all they care about are numbers and squeezing as much out of staff as they possibly can. Had to come in on my day off for emergency medication mixing because another location dropped the ball. Underpaid, overworked, underappreciated, stressed, tired. Too many things to do in not enough time.

Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

Cons

Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
