      Smokers get a million breaks and you can pass the blame around.

      Cons

      Favoritism among toxic leaders. HR doesn't take action against harassment. Constant turn over in all departments. They over promise and under deliver.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
