Hostile work environment - Pharmacy Technician CPhT Option Care Health Employee Review

The workplace was unprofessional. There is fraternization between management and subordinates, making favoritism common. Sexist comments were made constantly. Sexually explicit conversations were a regular occurance. When these things were reported to managment, they weren't reported to human resources. When issues were reported to hr, nothing happened. Code of conduct and simple SOPs were constantly broken.
