      Everything. The management is horrific. The workload is unrealistic. You will be overworked, under paid, manipulated and bullied. Don't do it. Find something different.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
