      Cons

      This company is the most stressful job I have ever had. You meet one goal and then they expect more. Nothing is ever good enough. Expect major burnout while working here.

      Pros

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
