      Great pay, coworkers, managers, clean office.

      Cons

      Always understaffed. Management always has plans to make it better but it never gets better. Hours keep getting later and later. Mistakes and bad attitudes get pushed under the rug. Overtime required or you are shamed.

      Some flexibility, decent pay and potential for growth

      Cons

      Lots of extra hours, HRBP is not helpful (allow employees to stay who do not care for patients (technicians specifically), do not care about retention of pharmacists from my experience), no pay for extra hours worked (pharmacy manager)
