Some talented people and good collaboration within teams Decent profile, some good brands and partners

Siloed business with high churn PDP and Bonuses often promised but not followed up or put in place Lack of direction and CEO seldom in 'the boat'.

Optimizon is a great place to work full of opportunities to move yourself up in the company. The CEO believes in you and is very positive about the company and the future of where the company is going. The benefits are good. Private healthcare, bonus, remote working, generous holiday and flexibility to work from anywhere!

The rate of pay is slightly under market average but what you get in terms of flexibility and benefits out-way the salary in my opinion.
