Micromanaging was one of the worst parts about working here. You would get teams messages from your “supervisor” in the middle of a call, criticizing something g you said, which will throw your whole call off. They expect you to manage 50+ accounts and create a meaningful relationship with all of your clients, who in return don’t even want the product they were sold. I have so much anxiety related to working now because of this job and company. I used to answer phones all day for a past job but now I shake if I have to make a call, just expecting the person on the other end to scream at me and get reprimanded because of that. If you are looking for a job in this field, stay FAR away from this place.
