Great atmosphere - Anonymous employee Opti-Pak Employee Review

I liked working here. I really liked how personable the team was. Very relaxed work culture. It can be a demanding workload, but I found it rewarding.

Lack of any benefits, no 401k.

I work at Opti-Pak for the last 6 months. What a great place to work. I saw this negative review and felt the need to respond. 1. We have direct deposit setup by now. 2. Lots of diversity with coworkers from about 10 different nationalities with lots of respect for all. 3. Parking could be better, but doesn’t really effect the working environment. 4. Training the Opti-Pak team is constantly being worked on and they are always looking for better ways to train. In fact, we now have a professional 3rd party training consultant to enhance the training process. Opti-Pak’s vision is overflowing with passion. This creates a very positive and upbeat working environment and the management is always there to offer advice and guidance to succeed. Always excited to hear new ideas. This company is growing and expanding with lots of opportunity to grow and succeed within the company.

I can forget to eat lunch with so much exciting activity going on.
