Pros
Steelcase backing so work is steady and continuous. The front line people are exceptional: crew, warehouse, PMs, PCs, dispatch. SODO location is positioned great. Very process driving so initial onboarding is relatively quick. Warehouse is ran the best I have ever seen, industry leader. Large used product inventory makes for easy fixes in the field. Refurb department is great for making modifications and fixing any product issues. Dispatch is on point and scheduled all jobs going through his desk, great asset.
Cons
Middle management is in the weeds making routine jobs a lot harder to complete. There is so many layers of management the company needs to look at eliminating a layer to optimize work flow. NO work/life balance, your work is your life. No support for managers. No room for growth and managers in the positions they are in are unqualified to manage people. If/when you make a mistake they will never let you forget it. How about teaching and learning from mistakes. The operations department is ruled by a heavy hammer. Constant turn-over, see above...
