Pros
This place is a ticking time bomb. No one knows what they're doing and none of their employees have any experience in their roles before joining OpenSponsorship.
Cons
The CEO is on a power trip and is a micro-manager regardless of how high up are. She's a professional at blaming everyone for the company failing and fails to see how that's a direct reflection of her leadership skills. They lie about commission structure and have a history of not paying their employees what they're owed from deals they close. A quick LinkedIn search will show you that none of their employees last for longer than a year, and the average tenure is under 8 months. This is a failing business from executives to interns, and I wouldn't recommend this toxic work environment to my worst enemy.
