Micromanagement to the highest degree. Instead of solving issues, management is more intent on finding fault. identifies as a startup, but operates with an outdated mindset. Passive aggressive behavior is rampant. Promotes inexperienced, incompetent people as leads who palms off work, but take all the credit. Higher management enjoys solving petty issues. Acquires many other companies, but commissions and contracted bonuses are not paid out to employees. Equipment in the kitchen seems like a safety hazard, wonder when was the last time the coffee equipment and filtered water machine were professionally maintained. End-of-month lunch is always the same menu, where is the diversity? Communication is scarce between upper management and the actual employees on the floor.
