Enjoyable environment but poor corporate communication - Anonymous employee Onni Group Employee Review

The corporate aspect of the building, and how they lie to residents. Constantly getting in trouble for saying we as employees could do something months prior then switching their minds last minute. There really isnt any growth either, people stay for a few months then quit. Its very draining.
