-Have some nice enterprise clients -Give people a long runway of not hitting quota without firing them (until recently) -Work/life balance
Cons
-Leadership is so far removed from reality. This started with the founder who pushed new use cases for the software when we were in an infancy phase of the only one that created revenue (ediscovery). It didn't stop there, the head of sales was never on your side, comp plans are one sided and overall there is an extreme lack of start up experience -The software. It rarely works, there are so many issues. The time it takes to move large amount of data is laughable Team - for awhile this was a pro but when the company forced extreme growth without hitting any revenue goals the talent diminished greatly Career Growth - There was one AE that was promoted... 1 Quota - 10% of the team hitting quota Layoffs - there has been 3 layoffs since June. The company went from ~200 to ~60 in 4-5 months
