      You have the ability to bonus based on your production. You will learn a lot of helpful information that can help you in everyday life.

      Cons

      Bonus gets cut if the branch didn't perform as a whole. It is a very sales minded environment disguised as helping customers.

      Flexibility, autonomy, and I personally have a great boss.

      No remote work for branch employees even with a disability ADA request it gets declined.
