      Helping improve a person's current financial situation, quick approval and closing

      Cons

      DM's are never satisfied unless you make their bonuses for them, salary is a joke because a BM never works only 40 hours, there is no training, upper management members are cut throat and dishonest.

      Flexibility, autonomy, and I personally have a great boss.

      Cons

      No remote work for branch employees even with a disability ADA request it gets declined.
