Leadership is very supportive and communicative across all teams. Highly collaborative environment with a lot of growth opportunities. CEO is very tuned into how busy the teams due to recent growth are and has shared both the short term and long term vision with employees
Cons
The company is in high-growth mode so there are a lot of changes happening and all teams have incredibly full plates. If you don't have a strong work ethic this is not the place for you.
