Management are from the babies bloomers era or even earlier. Very traditional mindset and not willing to invest in new tech. Salary is depressing low. no bonus, no incentives, no increments . Feel very low morale and depress each time you enter the office. No motivation from your manager as he /she is only looking out for themselves.
