Constant service failures cyber attack has ruined the business, staff morale and reputation ELT is tone deaf -CEO laughs on calls to explain staff personal data has been stolen Staff who don't sell or speak to customers trying to train a sales team on new products that don't work Keep hiring highly paid people who seem to do nothing

- Incredible ML team, talented, structured, with a big impact. - pretty interesting projects. - fully remote possible and overall great flexibility. - director/PM/lead of the team are the best I have ever met.

- salary could be higher. - evolution limited.
