      There's a good culture, remote work is a given and they are focused on innovation which is important in this field.

      Cons

      Sales leadership is weak and the company still thinks it is selling something innovative as a whole, rather than competing in a very crowded market.

      Micro-management. A lot of has changed since being spun off. Last-minute trainings and last-minute on-site classes. Seems unorganized anymore and no consideration for our time . Poor planning . A lot of unnecessary tedious, extra tasks have been laid on us just to prove our worth versus actually doing our jobs - which is generating sales.
