      Pros

      Good to the employees for the most part. Flexable hours. Everyone is nice.

      Cons

      This is a mens only club. If you are female, dont bother. You will be at a dead end position and no way will you get a raise. Sorry ladies, Men only Club, the sign should be on the door. And the company refuses to become modern. Stay in the 70s with work flow.

      Pros

      Omnipress has new life thanks to a leader who is making big investments in the company. New equipment and software makes me feel secure in my position. I appreciate a leader who has learned every role in the company. Monthly get togethers to celebrate achievements and to provide company updates keeps everyone involved.

      Cons

      Culture needs work but this was a problem under the old leadership team.
