Omnipress has new life thanks to a leader who is making big investments in the company. New equipment and software makes me feel secure in my position. I appreciate a leader who has learned every role in the company. Monthly get togethers to celebrate achievements and to provide company updates keeps everyone involved.

Culture needs work but this was a problem under the old leadership team.

Great Mission. Great Customers. Great People.

Management/Ownership changes have been bad for the company. Lots of great people have left the business. I hope it can make it through the changes. The work they do is important.
