When you work at a company that offers real opportunities for growth to its employees with proper compensation and recognition, you stick around. If you work at Omnicommander, you'll find the opposite. You'll find that people leave, or are let go, or are pushed out in one way or another. The biggest problem with Omnicommander is blaming employees for its shortcomings instead of the company itself. There is no work/life balance. The culture of the company is of utmost importance and is overall offensive and unprofessional. There are a lot of reviews on this site that were obviously written by employees after management pressured them to counteract the negative reviews with positive ones. Make your own judgement call when you go in for your interviews.
